We work around the set up that works best for you. The idea is to provide the flexibility you need and then we work around your preferences. If you hide a key somewhere or have a doorman, there’s no need for you to be home. The idea is for us to make life easier for you.
We will send you an email confirmation as soon as you make the booking. We will also remind you of the booking with an email one day prior to the service.
Yes. Clean Gals is insured and bonded. We want to assure that you are comfortable and feel protected with whom is servicing your home. Should you come across any damage of items in the unit, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or give us a call at: (917) 833-6973.
We are animal lovers but may have some team members whom have allergies. We want to ensure we provide the right match with the cleaning professional who is servicing your home. Please ensure that you have alerted Clean Gals when making the booking of the pets residing in the unit.
We want to ensure we offer a complete cleaning service for your home. This includes us bringing our own cleaning supplies upon request with a few exceptions:
We do not provide:
Specialty items (ie. Copper, wood or stainless steel cleaners, etc).
We are happy to customize cleaning products used in your home so long as you are able to provide access and directions for how to use them. We do also make special accommodations on a case by case basis with some additional fees.
It is our intention to provide what we promise – a premium cleaning service. With that in mind, please ensure that that you provide specific instructions upon making your booking that you do not have a mop/broom in the unit. An additional fee will apply to accommodate the extra materials needed for the cleaning to be completed in the proper fashion.
After you have received your booking confirmation for cleaning services, our billing team will provide you with an online link that will prompt you to make the payment online. Your payment is due 24 hours before the service is provided.
You will be prompted to enter your credit card information when making your booking online.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. If you prefer to use alternative payment methods like Venmo, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not accept physical cash payments for bookings (gratuities are optional and can be provided in cash form).
You can cancel or reschedule your service without a penalty 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. A $75 Cancellation Fee will be applied to your credit card if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Gratuities are optional and not required. With this in mind, we are a service based industry and our Clean Gals are always appreciative of your generosity when they provide quality work.
